The Junior League of Champlain Valley (JLCV) is a women’s organization whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. By attending, you support local women engaged in voluntarism and professional development in the Greater Burlington area.

The Little Black Flannel Initiative is based on a Junior League event of a similar name that harnesses the power of social media to illustrate the restrictions poverty places on choices, opportunities, and access to resources.

In 2025, we partnered with the Street Community Action Team (CATs) of Burlington, dedicated to supporting our unhoused community one connection at a time. We had a few volunteer organizations at our signature event: Spectrum Youth , COTS, and
